Okki Blue IT Solutions adapts its standard Project Management methodology to suit the assignment for a smooth, quality, timely delivery. This is a simple process for a small website, or a sophisticated process for a complex solution such as the web based XML system Okki developed for an existing client to interface with the complex systems of a large Sydney utility company.
Once Okki’s detailed proposal is accepted, the minimum it does is agree with the client, via a Project Plan, aspects such as the objective to be achieved by the project / website, strategies to use for achieving the objective, deliverables, responsibilities and timeframes.
For larger projects such as the XML system referred to above, a full development lifecycle is followed. This includes all components from data flow diagrams, data dictionary through to test plans and scripts for User Acceptance Testing, end to end testing, and implementation plans.
Whether for simple e-commerce solutions or for more complex systems, non project personnel test and accept the system prior to handover to the client
