Support payment options
If you'd like a support contract with rates lower than our casual rates, we review your system, and negotiate an agreement with you based on the results of the review. Okki Blue IT Solutions has 2 kinds of support agreements – one for the client with 3 or fewer PC's and one for the site with a network and more than 3 PC's.
Basic to both are help desk support, assistance with hardware/software purchase, advice about emerging technologies, assistance with coordination of equipment repairs where third parties are involved, user guidance.
We fix typical problems you encounter, such as a virus attack, printing problems, document and spreadsheet issues, software corruption and hardware failure. This is done over the phone, remotely via a secure connection, or on-site
Clients with networks may also contract for services which include guidance in disaster recovery, monthly health checks with subsequent reports, setup of new accounts for email and file sharing on the serversystem and program updates on the server when required, managing the client's router/ filter rules and file server volumes.
