Case Study. Such a system, this one using Citrix, was installed by Okki Blue IT Solutions for a medium sized accounting firm. One of the partners was delighted with the facility when during a visit to a client, he was able to resolve a problem for the client by using the internet to access his office files and the MYOB software on his office server (this software was not available on the client's network) and impressed and pleased his client by resolving the problem on the spot. The same accounting firm recently had a senior manager with a bad case of flu able to work from home and not infect fellow workers in the office, despite not having any of the required software on her PC at home – she simply accessed the software and files she needed from the office server.
